The location of the hotel was ideal, situated on a quiet street away from the busy roads. The bed in my room was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The curtains were also a highlight, effectively blocking out any outside light. the room heating was excellent, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a broken curtain and windows that wouldn't open, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. The staff, though not very attentive, did try to assist with any issues that arose.

They were attentive and helpful, making sure I had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is nicely kept and offers great value for money. The location is superb, with attractions like Russell Square and the British Museum just a stone's throw away. The service staff is unfailingly polite and always willing to assist. Plus, they have a lovely garden where you can relax and unwind. The big bed in my room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with good hot water. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
